Written Translation

We specialize in translating your message & mission into Spanish. Today more than 1 in 6 Teton Valley residents is from a Spanish-speaking country, 22% of our school students are Latino, few speak English. Speaking their language is the key to building the bridge to these customers.

Our customers represent a wide variety of business worlds from non-profit to telecommunications and real estate, as well as manufacturing and the service industry. You can email us for a quote and we will handle your project electronically, making the project convenient and cost-effective for you.

We translate many different kinds of documents including:

  • marketing brochures
  • newspaper articles
  • technical employee handbooks

The work is done in a timely manner, and we will back up what we translate: if your clients need further help understanding your services we will provide free-of-charge verbal translation when relevant to the project.

What Will it Cost?

Our rates range from 0.17¢/word for non-technical documents such as personal letters and memos, to 0.23¢/word for technical handbooks and complex projects.

What is the Process?

  1. Send us a copy of the project. If you are looking to minimize your costs, send us the document in Microsoft Word.
  2. We will evaluate the project based on complexity/technicality of language, formatting, turn around time requirements, and the complexity of formatting.
  3. We will send you an approximate price quote and an accurate timeline. (We usually require a deposit at this stage)
  4. Once you approve the quote we will begin translation.
  5. You will receive a copy of the work. If we have any questions they will be included.
  6. Once you are fully satisfied you will receive an invoice.

We have no minimum charges and are available to troubleshoot with your customers locally, if needed.

Verbal Translation

Have an employee with whom you need to communicate? Looking to negotiate in Spanish?

Z Language School offers accurate verbal translation with the advantage of local knowledge and understanding.

Our hourly rate includes our travel time and a brief written synopsis of the meeting sent via email.

Rate: $65/hr

Minimum billing time is 30 minutes.
